Job Position – IT and Networking Officer

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support and networking
– Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
– Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup systems
Strong knowledge of:
– Windows Server and Desktop Administration
– Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
– Cisco, MikroTik, and HP networking devices
– Routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems
Preferred Certifications:
– CCNA / CCNP
– CompTIA Network+
– Microsoft Certifications
– ITIL Foundation
