Customer Happiness Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
• Handle customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Requirements :
• UAE Nationality (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer service best practices, complaint handling, client relationship management, and professional communication.
