Job Summary:
A leading company in Qatar is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive (Interior Fit-Out) to join its growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the fit out and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior construction market.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Generate sales inquiries and follow up on leads to secure projects.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Total 5 years’ experience (minimum 3 years in Qatar) of interior fit-out sales experience.
• Strong experience in the construction and fit-out industry.
• Proven track record in outdoor sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and industry network.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Strong negotiation skills
