Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Diamond Setters with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fine jewelry manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Microscope Setting and Invisible Setting techniques and be capable of setting diamonds and precious stones with precision while maintaining the highest quality standards. The candidate should possess excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work on high-end jewelry pieces.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Diamond Setter.
• Proven expertise in Microscope Setting and Invisible Setting techniques.
• Experience in setting diamonds and precious stones on gold, platinum, and other precious metal jewelry.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and finishing standards.
• Ability to work with precision tools and microscopes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Thai nationals preferred.
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar or willing to relocate.
Visa Requirement
• Position is under Company Sponsorship.
• For candidates currently working in Qatar, a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) or transferable visa is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform diamond and gemstone setting using micro setting, invisible setting, and other advanced setting techniques.
• Ensure accurate stone placement, alignment, and secure setting.
• Inspect jewelry pieces for quality, durability, and finishing standards.
• Work closely with designers, model makers, and production teams to achieve required specifications.
• Repair, reset, or adjust stones when necessary.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all work is completed within production deadlines while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
