Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration (marine experience preferred).
• Proven experience in workshop management, ideally in a marine engineering or ship repair environment
• Strong understanding of marine systems, propulsion units, and vessel maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of class society regulations and maritime safety standards is a plus.
