We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and accounting software, along with relevant experience in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes when required.
Monitor financial transactions and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
Utilize accounting software and ERP systems efficiently for financial management.
Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office applications.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
EXPERIENCE:
Professional certification (CA-Inter.etc.) is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience of which at least 3 years in Qatar.
