Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years in real estate development / construction PM (3+ in a lead role)
• Proven delivery of mid- to large-scale projects in Kuwait or the GCC
• Strong working knowledge of Kuwait's building regulations and permitting processes
• Active KSE membership (or eligibility to register)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Bilingual Arabic/English fluency
• Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
