Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition goals
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
– Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
– Lead and support sales team performance and growth
– Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client experience
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development within Forex, CFD, or online trading industry
– Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
– Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and CRM tools
– Results-driven mindset with proven target achievements
– Fluent English communication skills
