Assistant Operations Manager
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to support beverage operations across multiple locations in Kuwait.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and support Area Managers while promoting structured career development.
• Monitor store conditions, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to global beverage operational standards.
• Coordinate technical setups, including POS and Simphony systems, to ensure timely execution.
• Support the implementation of loyalty programs and operational initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-unit beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and Simphony coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to respectful & professional workplace conduct.
• Valid driving license and private car.
• Candidates must be currently inside Kuwait.
