Key Requirements:
Fluent Arabic speaker Mandatory
Hands-on experience with VMware
Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Domain Controller (DC), Exchange, Office 365, Azure & SCCM
Experience working with monitoring and performance tools such as SolarWinds, Riverbed, Dynatrace & SCOM
Good experience in Windows Server administration
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools and network/system troubleshooting
Ability to perform general technical troubleshooting and incident resolution
