Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities:
In addition to all job specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Aldar Estates and Basatin’shealth, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Basatin’s HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.

Information Security responsibilities:

Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory):
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA) or Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture (BSLA)
Master’s Degree (Preferred but not mandatory):
Master’s in Landscape Architecture (MLA) – Ideal for advanced design expertise, sustainability planning, and urban development projects.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban planning, or site development (depending on project scale and complexity).
Proven experience in designing, planning, and executing landscaping projects for commercial, residential, and public spaces.
Strong ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable landscape designs for urban, commercial, and residential spaces.
Expertise in site planning, master planning, and land-use analysis to optimize outdoor spaces.
Ability to blend natural elements with built environments while maintaining environmental balance.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, GIS, Lumion, and other landscape design software for digital modeling and rendering.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating presentations and visualizations.
Strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for large-scale projects.
Knowledge of green infrastructure planning, ecological restoration, and sustainable landscaping techniques.
Experience in designing water-efficient irrigation systems, xeriscaping, and rainwater harvesting solutions.
Understanding of LEED certification principles and how to integrate them into landscaping projects.
Strong expertise in irrigation planning, water management, and drainage system optimization.
Ability to design efficient stormwater management solutions to prevent erosion and flooding.
in overseeing landscape construction, supervising contractors, and ensuring design compliance.
Ability to track project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and manage costs.
