Estimator (Interior Fit-Out)
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and complete tender submissions for interior fit‑out projects.
• Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements thoroughly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, technical clarification, and project assessment.
• Evaluate and estimate project costs including civil works, joinery, and MEP components.
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Assist in maintaining cost control and ensuring budget accuracy across projects.
• Work closely with project and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and execution.
• Handle multiple tender submissions within strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements :
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit‑Out estimation is required.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery works in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods and project costing.
