An impressive beginning in the field of facility management and Rig move services has also started since 2017 in major rig sites in kingdom of Saudi Arabia for well known ARAMCO Contractors.

We are looking for a qualified HR Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR (Personnel & Operations)
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR operations
• Experience in HR systems (HRIS)
• Good communication skills
• HR certification (SHRM / CIPD)
• Experience in government portals (GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa)
• Proven experience in Saudization (Nitaqat) and HRDF (Hadaf)
