Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and report updates to management
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation
Resolve technical and construction-related issues on-site
Manage materials, equipment, and workforce requirements
Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans
Assist in project planning and scheduling
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in Façade Industry ( Alum & Glass)
Strong technical skills & problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and teamwork
