Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western trained Exercise Lead for their client in UAE which is a leading rehabilitation hospital providing inpatient, outpatient, and residential rehabilitation services for patients with complex medical, neurological, and chronic conditions.We are looking for experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologists or Exercise Specialists with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in clinical exercise, rehabilitation, or hospital-based settings, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science or equivalent, along with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or a related clinical field. Additional certifications in cardiac rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, or clinical exercise programs will be highly preferred.The Exercise Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the exercise and rehabilitation services within the hospital, ensuring delivery of safe, evidence-based, and outcome-driven exercise programs for patients with cardiovascular, neurological, pulmonary, oncological, and musculoskeletal conditions.Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of clinical exercise physiologists, rehabilitation specialists, and fitness professionals. Standardize clinical exercise protocols, treatment pathways, and service delivery models to ensure consistency, quality, and patient safety across all rehabilitation programs.Design, implement, and oversee individualized and group-based exercise programs tailored to patients with complex clinical conditions including cardiac disease, cancer recovery, pulmonary disorders, neurological conditions, and chronic disease management. Monitor patient outcomes, functional improvements, and rehabilitation progress using evidence-based metrics and data-driven approaches.Collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated rehabilitation care plans. Develop strong referral pathways and work with clinical teams to enhance patient access to exercise-based rehabilitation programs.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of exercise staff. Conduct performance evaluations, implement quality assurance frameworks, and ensure adherence to clinical governance standards.Drive service development initiatives, expand rehabilitation programs, and introduce innovative exercise-based interventions aligned with international clinical guidelines. Monitor key performance indicators including patient volumes, utilization rates, clinical outcomes, and service efficiency.Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international best practices in clinical exercise and rehabilitation. Maintain high standards of documentation, safety, and patient-centered care.
Salary : Aed 30,000 per month (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative. The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews)
