Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor / Engineer

Duty: 8 hours/day - 6 days/week
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Engineering Graduates in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related field
3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in real estate or facility management
Experience as Supervisor or Engineer in maintenance roles
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Experience in handling maintenance operations in residential/commercial buildings
Ability to supervise teams and manage contractors
Familiarity with safety standards and building regulations
Visa Type 18/22 transferable
