Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using OCI Data Flow, ODI, and AIDP
Develop optimized data models and data marts on Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
Manage structured and unstructured data in OCI Object Storage with lifecycle and cost optimization strategies
Implement Delta Lakehouse architecture for ingestion, curation, and consumption layers
Design and develop reusable ingestion frameworks in collaboration with solution architects
Translate business requirements into technical data pipelines and workflows
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance standards across all data processes
Optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL queries, and ADW workloads for performance
Support real-time data integration using tools such as Oracle GoldenGate (if applicable)
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 6+ years of experience in data engineering
Strong hands-on experience with OCI services:
Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
OCI Object Storage
OCI Data Flow (Apache Spark)
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
AI Data Platform (AIDP)
Strong SQL and Python development skills with performance tuning experience
Experience building data pipelines in cloud environments (preferably OCI)
Understanding of Delta Lakehouse, medallion architecture, and data versioning
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have:
Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication and CDC pipelines
Knowledge of insurance domain data (policies, claims, finance, underwriting)
