Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, file servers, and computer systems across headquarters and remote locations
Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless networks, and structured cabling systems
Configure and administer network services including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
Monitor system performance, network utilization, and infrastructure availability
Implement backup procedures and disaster recovery strategies
Maintain server security, user accounts, and access permissions
CCTV, PABX and Voice Infrastructure:
Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems including cameras, storage systems, and monitoring solutions
Configure and manage PABX/IP-PBX telephone systems, extensions, and voicemail services
Perform structured network and voice cabling installations with proper documentation standards
Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities
Firewall, Security and Internet Access:
Administer FortiGate and enterprise firewalls including VPNs, NAT policies, and intrusion prevention systems
Implement network security controls for internal and external environments
Manage security policies, software deployments, and protection against spam and phishing threats
Desktop and User Support:
Provide end-user technical support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
Install and configure desktops, printers, and peripheral devices
Support system upgrades and maintain compliance with company IT policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
Certifications (Preferred)
CCNA or equivalent networking certification
Microsoft or system administration certifications
Firewall or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous
Experience
Proven experience in LAN/WAN administration and network infrastructure management
Hands-on experience with servers, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networking environments
Experience supporting CCTV, telephony systems, and structured cabling installations
