HR Generalist
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for UAE and UK employees in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives
• Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and HR advisory support
• Coordinate HR documentation, records, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality
• Work closely with management to support workforce planning and HR strategy
Qualifications & Professional Memberships:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or an equivalent recognized HR qualification
• At least 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience
• Proven experience handling both operational and strategic HR functions
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition background
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
