Job Position – Branch in Charge

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
The candidate must have above 4 to 5 years of experience in managing branch operations, people management and business development.
Excellent communication skills are imperative.
Computer, software knowledge
Exchange house experience in the UAE is a must.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for all employee conduct and the essential training to ensure the utmost quality of customer service in the branch with clients.
Responsible for addressing the requirements of current and prospective clients.
Responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring available liquidity, and facilitating transfers between branch, head office, or banks.
Authorize modifications/refund applications for transactions.
Compile the necessary monthly report for management, verifying that all submitted reports are correct. Additionally, accountable for incident documentation and maintaining records in accordance with internal policy.
Adhere to AML protocols and company policies.
Tasked with managing and reporting fraudulent money.
Accountable for managing and overseeing BCP within the branch.
Hear customer feedback and act in accordance with company guidelines. Justifying actions based on the situation is valued, but being rude or confrontational with clients will not be tolerated.
Deliver high-quality, sufficient services to every customer while addressing all their issues, focusing on any clients requiring help in the exchange area.
