Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property listings and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
• Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
• Stay updated on market trends and property values in Dubai
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the UAE real estate market is essential
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Turkish is an added advantage)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
