Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify and evaluate qualified suppliers
Manage vendor registration, evaluation, and approval processes
Review and assess supplier proposals based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with vendors
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure accurate technical specifications
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements and standards
Develop and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships
Implement cost-saving strategies and procurement efficiency initiatives
Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry procurement standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 8+ years of GCC experience in procurement, preferably in Facilities Management
Strong hands-on experience in FM procurement operations
SAP experience is mandatory
Fluent in English and Arabic (native-level proficiency required)
Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
Age below 40 years
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Salary: SAR 8,000 – 12,000 (based on experience)
