Sales Team Leader
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve business targets
• Develop effective sales strategies and ensure their successful execution
• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee property sales processes from lead generation to deal closure
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a real estate company
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage clients and close sales successfully
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
