Job description
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and compliance with UAE labour laws.
Drive HR transformation initiatives, including policy development, automation, organizational restructuring, and culture-building programs.
Review existing HR practices, identify implementation gaps, and drive strict execution of approved policies and procedures
Establish clear accountability frameworks, performance tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms across all HR activities
Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR operations with business objectives.
Maintain healthy communication channels across departments and promote a positive work environment.
