Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain records, documents, and office files in an organized manner
• Assist in communication between departments and support internal coordination
• Handle emails, scheduling, and general office support duties
• Support team members with administrative requirements as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
