Job Title: BMS Engineer (Building Management System)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of BMS systems, controls, and automation systems
Experience in installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems
Familiarity with HVAC control systems and integration
Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, etc. (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Willingness to work on-site in construction or facility environments
