Job Title: MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in MEP construction and project management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
Requirements:
Strong experience in managing end-to-end MEP works in building/construction projects
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Ability to review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Experience in coordination with civil teams, consultants, and subcontractors
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and execution
Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authority approvals (preferred)
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
