Job Title: Head Chef

Requirements:
Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred
5–6 years of experience in kitchen operations with leadership role
Experience in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale catering operations
Strong experience in managing kitchen operations and culinary teams
Expertise in multiple cuisines and menu planning
Ability to maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
