Requirements:
Candidates must have prior experience working in Dubai, preferably on similar infrastructure or rail projects.
Experience in infrastructure, construction, or metro/rail projects is preferred
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics coordination
Ability to manage material planning, sourcing, and supply chain operations
Good negotiation and communication skills
