This is a hands-on L1 support role — we are only considering candidates who meet ALL mandatory criteria below.

Role Overview:
You will work closely with L2/L3 engineers and handle:
– End-user IT support & troubleshooting
– Basic network & system issue resolution
– Microsoft environment support
– Helpdesk & onsite technical support
– Exposure to cybersecurity tools (Fortinet / Dell is a plus)

Strict Requirements (Do NOT apply if missing):
– Currently based in the UAE
– Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
– Available immediately.
– 3–5 years of real L1 IT / Network Support experience
– Comfortable working onsite in Abu Dhabi
– Strong English communication (client-facing role)

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000/month

We are NOT looking for:
– Freshers / entry-level profiles
– Overqualified engineers (L2/L3/Architects)
– Candidates outside UAE
– Candidates without driving license

Type: Full-time
