Job Title: Construction Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
7–12 years of experience in construction projects, including supervisory or managerial roles
Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and site operations
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
