Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in English, Literature, or Education
Teaching experience of 7–10 years, including leadership or departmental head roles
Proven track record in curriculum development, academic planning, and staff management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and academic pedagogy
Experience in academic leadership, mentoring, and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement English curricula and assessment strategies
Familiarity with evaluation methods, standards, and extracurricular enrichment programs
