Key Responsibilities
Planning & Estimation:
Prepare accurate quantity take offs and assist in project planning and timeline development.
Conduct risk assessments related to MEP scope of work.
Estimate and calculate required manpower (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians).
Authority Submissions & Coordination:
Manage and process submissions through DEWA and other relevant authority portals.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, site teams, and subcontractors.
Participate in site visits, technical meetings, and client coordination meetings as required.
Drawings & Documentation:
Prepare preliminary MEP and fire fighting drawings in compliance with project requirements.
Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with project standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years’ relevant experience in MEP engineering (UAE experience is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations and authority approval procedures.
Solid understanding of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in technical work.
