Position: Commercial & Estimation Manager
Experience: Proven experience in commercial management & cost estimation (High-Rise Projects Preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee commercial operations and cost estimation activities for high-rise construction projects
Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
Handle contract administration, negotiations, and risk assessment
Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout project lifecycle
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate financial planning and execution
Provide detailed commercial analysis and reporting to senior management
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
Strong experience in commercial management and estimation within construction projects
Proven background in high-rise building projects
Solid expertise in budgeting, contracts, and cost control
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment
