Crew Coordinator (Recruitment -Full-time)
To manage all aspects of crew recruitment, mobilization, and compliance for marine/offshore operations. The role involves sourcing qualified personnel, verifying certifications, arranging travel, and ensuring smooth workforce management.
Requirements
2–3 years’ proven experience as a Crewing Coordinator in recruitment (marine/offshore).
Strong knowledge of STCW, flag state, and client compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to perform under pressure.
