Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Engineer (Site) to manage and execute site activities from start to handover. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams while ensuring project completion within time, quality, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Management
Handle complete site execution from project kickoff to final handover
Supervise erection of structural steel, PEB, cladding, and related works
Ensure all site activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor daily site progress and ensure targets are achieved
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Conduct and attend project meetings and technical discussions
Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
Manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and submit WIR (Work Inspection Request) and MIR (Material Inspection Request)
Maintain WIR/MIR logs and tracking records
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
Ensure all drawings are signed/approved before execution
Quality & Inspection
Ensure all works meet QA/QC standards and project specifications
Coordinate site inspections with consultants and third-party inspectors
Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure timely closure
Planning & Progress Control
Follow project schedule and ensure timely execution
Identify delays and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with planning team for progress updates
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure site activities comply with HSE standards
Maintain proper documentation and site safety practices
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of steel structure erection / PEB / construction works
Expertise in site coordination & execution planning
Experience in handling client and consultant interactions
Knowledge of WIR, MIR, NCR, DPR, site logs
Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure
Software & Tools
MS Office (Excel, Word)
AutoCAD (basic understanding)
Knowledge of project planning tools (preferred)
