Planning Engineer (Pakistani National)

Job Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project timelines to ensure timely execution of steel, PEB, facade, aluminium, and oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop baseline schedules and resource-loaded programs using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Monitor project progress and identify deviations from baseline
Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies for delays
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams
Track manpower, materials, and productivity
Support claims, EOT, and delay analysis
Attend project meetings and provide planning inputs
Ensure alignment of execution with approved schedules
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
4–8 years GCC experience
Strong background in steel, PEB, facade, aluminium, oil & gas projects
Proficient in Primavera P6
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,500
Joining: Immediate
