Job Summary
Manage workshop fabrication operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute production schedules
Supervise cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing
Ensure material availability and workflow efficiency
Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and site teams
Monitor output and improve productivity
Maintain production records and reports
Ensure safety compliance in workshop
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Production Engineering
3–7 years experience in steel/aluminium fabrication
Knowledge of workshop machinery and processes
Ability to read drawings
Strong coordination skills
