Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and government-related procedures
• Support payroll preparation and leave management
• Assist in recruitment and employee relations activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
• Mandatory fluency in Tagalog and English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
