Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Retail / FMCG Management preferred
3–5 years of experience in Retail / Hypermarket preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage inventory, merchandising, and sales targets
Good leadership and team coordination abilities
Familiarity with reporting, sales analysis, and stock management
