Telesales Executive
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or cold leads.
• Introduce Azizi Developments’ real estate projects and explain key features and benefits.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the property sales team.
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with sales managers to ensure a smooth client transition.
• Stay up-to-date with project information, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications :
• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in UAE real estate or a similar customer-focused industry.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
