Qualifications: & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in event planning or category management, with a focus on event-related categories.
• Strong understanding of event trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Preferred:
• Experience in a similar category management or leadership role.
• Familiarity with digital or hybrid event formats.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
