Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
• Manage full recruitment cycle for UAE roles (sourcing screening interviews placement)
• Handle high volume outbound calls daily to candidates and leads
• Direct sourcing via job boards inbound applicants referrals existing database
• Convert warm leads from telecallers into signed terms and active vacancies
• Manage and service existing clients; schedule and attend face-to-face meetings
• Visit clients across Dubai (offices coffee shops on-site) when needed
• Screen shortlist and submit candidates based on visa status notice period salary suitability
• Advise candidates on HR Career Services (CV LinkedIn interview preparation)
• WhatsApp phone and email communication with urgency and accuracy
• Daily use of Zoho CRM/ATS for tracking pipeline calls interviews job status and notes
• Support offers start dates onboarding and replacement activity if needed
Requirements :
• Recruitment agency experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• High volume outbound calling experience
• Proactive self-motivated and driven to deliver results without supervision
• Track record of building strong long-term client relationships
• Ability to hit the ground running with active roles from day one
• UAE driving licence and own car
• Warm lead conversion experience (telecaller recruiter signed terms)
• CRM/ATS experience (Zoho preferred; Bullhorn/Workable similar acceptable)
• Strong professional English speaking skills; communication must be clear and easy to understand for UAE clients on calls WhatsApp voice notes and in meetings
• Understanding of UAE hiring onboarding visa categories and notice periods
• Fast-paced organised able to work to volume and pressure
