What You’ll Lead:
A cross functional team of 15–20 developers, QA engineers, and business analysts
Agile/Scrum delivery, SDLC best practices, and project governance
Cloud hosting & DevOps operations (AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes basics)
Architectural decisions, platform scalability, and system reliability
Client deployments, integrations, and technical discussions
What You Bring:
8–12 years in software engineering, including 4+ years in engineering management
Experience managing multi disciplinary teams in fast paced product environments
Strong full stack background (Java/.NET/Node + modern frontend frameworks)
Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, SQL/NoSQL
Cloud & DevOps exposure (Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes)
Healthcare/TPA/Insurance domain experience is a strong advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and ownership mindset
Nice to Have:
HL7/FHIR or healthcare integration experience
DOH/DHA regulatory familiarity
Agile or cloud certifications
