Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management
Ability to prepare BOQs, cost reports, and tender documentation
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and materials
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
