Oversee the maintenance and operation of backup power generators at telecom sites to ensure uninterrupted network services. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel/gas generators across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise routine and emergency maintenance of generators at telecom towers, data centers, and site facilities.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical generator issues.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Ensure proper fuel, oil, and coolant levels and maintain inventory of critical spares.
Monitor generator performance and ensure compliance with telecom network uptime requirements.
Maintain detailed service reports and logs for audits and management review.
Coordinate with vendors for spare parts, repairs, and technical support.
Enforce strict safety and operational protocols at all sites.
