Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, walk ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
Conduct in person tours of office spaces, meeting rooms, and coworking areas for prospective clients.
Present and pitch Urban Sky’s full range of workspace solutions to individuals and businesses.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and rental agreements in coordination with management.
Build and nurture client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
Coordinate with reception and admin for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
Represent Urban Sky at networking events and business exhibitions in Dubai.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in business centers, serviced offices, real estate, or B2B services in the UAE.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable conducting office tours and face to face client meetings on site.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid UAE residence visa or ability to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
What We Offer:
Base salary: AED 3,000 per month
Performance based commission
Full time, on site role
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Prime location in BurJuman, Dubai – 120 meters from BurJuman Metro Station
