What You Will Do:
Manage 6–10 F&B stores within your assigned area across the UAE.
Support and coach Store Managers to achieve business targets.
Ensure all stores follow brand standards and operational procedures.
Monitor sales, costs, and overall store performance (P&L responsibility).
Drive excellent customer experience across all locations.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multiple Coffee outlets in UAE or GCC
Coffee industry experience is required
Strong skills in team development and coaching
Good understanding of sales, costs, and store operations
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license & own car (mandatory)
Proficient in MS Office
