Key Responsibilities:
Manage production, fabrication, and project execution activities (Production / Operations roles)
Develop and review structural steel detailing using Tekla software
Handle logistics planning, material movement, and supply chain coordination
Support ERP implementation, system optimization, and data management
Monitor project timelines, cost control, and operational efficiency
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for seamless execution
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, IT, or related field
Proven experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or heavy fabrication industry
Strong knowledge of pressure vessels (ASME) and structural steel fabrication
Experience in production, or engineering design
Proficiency in Tekla (for detailer/checker roles)
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience working on industrial plant or infrastructure projects preferred
