Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing direction
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
Set measurable KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and ROI
Collaborate with leadership to position RA Prime as an innovative, trusted brand in the trading community
Creative Campaign Development (40%):
Conceptualize and create compelling marketing content that simplifies complex trading concepts and resonates with target audiences
Develop engaging copy for websites, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials
Work closely with the graphic design team to produce visually stunning and effective marketing assets
Create educational content (blogs, videos, webinars, guides) that empowers traders and builds brand authority
Ensure all marketing communications maintain brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints
Digital Marketing & Growth (20%):
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), Google Ads, and email marketing
Develop SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates

Community Engagement & Partnerships (10%):
